We offer flat rate service pricing vs. time and material pricing for our service work. We chose to use this type of pricing because we let the customer know exactly how much the service call will cost before we make any repairs. With time and material pricing there are too many variables and the customer has no control over what the final price will be.

Our diagnostic charge includes the travel time to your residence or business. When we arrive we perform a thorough diagnosis of your equipment. We will then make recommendations and let you know what the cost of the repair will be. Our price includes everything- all labor, parts, miscellaneous materials, and any time spent acquiring parts if necessary. Our diagnostic investment is $69.00.

All of our service work is warrantied for a period of one year unless otherwise specified on our invoice.
